How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal

I have a promo code. Where do I insert it?

You can enter your promo code at checkout! Go to your shopping cart, look for the coupon code field, and enjoy your promotional discount!

I’m buying jewelry as a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We believe that every purchase is a gift – whether for someone you love, or simply for yourself! For that reason, we gift wrap each and every purchase.
If your purchase is for a special someone, you can add a personalized gift card for an additional $5. Just pick your gift card from the options, and let us know what you’d like us to write!

Do I need to sign up to the website to make an order?

While we’d love for you to join our site and enjoy all the perks that come with joining, it’s not mandatory in order to purchase items online. Making an order is open for everyone.

How do I know that my order has been processed?

Soon after you make your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number letting you know your order has been processed.

Can I exchange something I’ve purchased?

Items must be unworn and in the original packaging to be accepted for exchange. 
All regular-priced items purchased online are eligible for exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Sale items purchased online are eligible for exchange up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Custom / personalized items cannot be exchanged.

Can I return something I’ve purchased?

Unpleased with your item? Consider exchanging it for a piece of jewelry you absolutely love!
    
If you’d like to return an item purchased online instead of exchanging it, the item must be unworn and in the original packaging in order to receive store credit or full refund. Any damaged items are not eligible for return. Sale items purchased online are eligible for return up to 2 days from the date of delivery. Custom / personalized items cannot be returned.

Is your website safe?

Yes! Our site is equipped to withstand the highest rates of intel security (SSL) to ensure that your credit card information is encrypted and untraceable by a third party. We assure you that it is 100% safe to shop through our website. 

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be sent within 1-4 business days. The time to arrival depends on the type of shipment you selected

–    Registered mail: Up to 14 business days from day of shipment 
–    Door to Door delivery: Within 3 business days from shipment 

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! You can get your favorite Shani Jacobi pieces anywhere! Your order will ship within 1-4 business days and arrival time depends on the shipment type selected. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number

What type of warranty do you offer?

All Shani Jacobi pieces include a one-year warranty that includes fixing and plating if needed. Please save your warranty as you may be asked for it. The warranty does not cover scratches, breaks or loss.

Can I wet my Shani Jacobi jewelry items?

In order to keep your items in the best condition over time, we recommend avoiding water including salt water, cleaning chemicals, perfumes etc. 

What materials do you use?

Shani Jacobi jewelry is made from high quality brass with either gold or silver plating. Additionally, we have a line of 925 sterling silver pieces. More information about the material of individual items can be found in the description.

Do you have a store I can visit?
