Shipping policies.

  1. Domestic Orders: Will be sent either by Israel post registered mail or by Courier service – free for orders above 249 NIS. The courier will contact buyer, perior delivery, for a suitable arriving time, at your home address, or workplace, within 3 business days. Please note: Delivery times are 9:00 – 17:00 and therefore a workplace address is advisable.
  2. Shipping Abroad: Will be delivered either by registered air mail, tracking number included, takes up to 3 weeks *Please note that occasionally delivery may take a few more days. Eco post-trackable, expedited Air-mail, takes up to 10 business days. Or via EMS- Express Mail, trackable, up to 5 business days. Recipient signature required for all three options.
  3. Postage and handling fees will be charged at checkout, and will be added to the the order’s total. If a transaction is paid for by instalments, the postage fees will be added to the first part of the instalments.
  4. Preparing a package for dispatch will take up to 3 business days.
  5. For locals: Order will be ready within 2 business days. once your order is available for pick up, buyer will receive an email alert. Item pick up: From our stand in Dizengoff Centre (opposite Zara), Tel Aviv, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 – 20:30, and Friday 10:00 – 16:00.
  6. All of the above do not apply to out of stock products.
  7. Orders will be shipped only after the purchase process has been completed, and only after the transaction has been approved.

 

Returns and Replacements

Want to return or replace an item? No problems. You may do so simply and easily!

Returns and replacements of items purchased on-line

  1. An unused, purchased item may be returned in its original package within 14 days from receiving it. Products on sale can be replaced within one week from receipt of delivery.
  2. Cancelling an order before the item is shipped is free of charge. Buyer will be refunded for the purchase, including postage and handling fees, store credit or refund will be provided in accordance with any applicable legal prescription.
  3. Items purchased on sale or for a discount may be replaced according to the price paid for the item at the time of purchase, as appearing on the invoice, and not the full price of the product.
  4. When a purchase is cancelled after the item is dispatched, a refund or store-credit will be granted for the price of the item purchased, but not for the postage and handling fees (registered post / express / courier). The store credit and/or refund will be provided only after the item is received and inspected by an employee of Shani Jacobi. The store credit or refund will be given provided that the product is returned unused and undamaged. If the item is not returned as stipulated in this clause, the customer will not be credited (neither a refund nor any store credit voucher). It is clarified, that Shani Jacobi has exclusive discretion regarding the condition in which items are returned.
  5. Refunds will be exclusively credited to the credit card with which the order was placed, and in accordance with the schedules applied by the credit card company or PayPal.
  6. It is clarified, that no credit will be given for items which were not paid for, such as promotions or gifts.
  7. Items may be returned in one of the following ways:
    1. Buyer may send the item back, at his own expense, to our address – Shani Jacobi Studio, 70 Nachlat Binyamin St., (Glickman House), Second floor, Suite 38, Tel Aviv.
    2. Alternatively, Buyer may request that Website management send a courier to his house to pick up the product. The company will charge the customer with the costs of the courier, pursuant to the price list in effect at that time.
    3. Another option- for locals, is to return the item to Shani Jacobi’s store in Dizengoff Centre, Tel Aviv, during the store’s ordinary working hours.

If the customer wishes to replace the item with a different item, this may be done immediately.

If the customer wishes to receive a refund – the item will be left at the store, with the customer’s contact details and a note of the reason for the return / replacement, and someone from Studio Shani Jacobi will contact the customer to process the request.

 

Returns and Replacements of Items Purchased at the Shani Jacobi Store – Dizengoff Centre

  1. If the customer choses to replace the product at Shani Jacobi’s flagship store, she must comply with the terms and conditions, and present an invoice for the purchase.
  2. Item replacement will take place within 14 days from purchase, and only when the item is still in its original packaging. No used product, or any product the packaging of which is damaged and/or missing, will be replaced.
  3. Replacing items sold on sale and/or discount will take place within 7 days from purchase, and only when the item is still in its original packaging. No used product, or any product the packaging of which is damaged and/or missing, will be replaced.
  4. A product purchased on sale and/or discount may be replaced according to the price paid for the item when purchased, as it appears on the invoice, and not for the full price of the product.
  5. An item may be returned within 2 business days from receiving it, and store credit and/or a refund of the full price minus a 5% cancellation fee, will be received. The credit will be provided on condition that the product is returned unused and/or with no defects and/or no damage. If a product is returned otherwise than pursuant to the provisions of this clause, the customer will not be credited (no refund and no store credit).
  6. It is clarified, that no refund will be given for items that were not paid for, such as special offers and/or gifts.
  7. Shani Jacobi does ‘will not replace items sold on- end of a collection sale, or at clearance sales.
  8. Direct debit cards cannot be credited, and therefore, holders of debit cards are only entitled to receive store credit for use on the website or at Shani Jacobi’s flagship store.
