We offer FREE international shipping via FedEx International Economy® (5-10 business days) for orders over a certain threshold, which is visible by country. Orders below this threshold can vary in shipping cost depending on where you live.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.All duties and taxes on international orders are nonrefundable


Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date if the item is unworn and undamaged. All returned jewelry must include all original tags and packaging, as well as the condition in which it was received. Any jewelry not meeting these requirements will be charged a fee. Shani Jacobi jewelry is made from high quality brass with either gold or silver plating. Additionally, we have a line of 925 sterling silver pieces. More information about the material of individual items can be found in the description.

In order to keep your items in the best condition over time, we recommend avoiding water including salt water, cleaning chemicals, perfumes etc.
