Information about materials
All Shani Jacobi jewelry is designed and hand-made in Israel. Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver or high-quality brass with 14K gold or silver plating.

If you suffer from metal sensitivity or have a known allergy, please contact us prior to completing your order. We’ll help you find the best piece of jewelry for your skin!

Jewelry maintenance
To keep your jewelry in the best condition, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, detergents, etc. as these may harm the coating. To do so, remove your jewelry when you come into contact with such products.

Store each item individually in a moisture free place to avoid damage. We recommend placing each item in its own soft pouch for extra care.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on the plating of your jewelry.
The warranty begins when you purchase it.
If you need your jewelry to be plated, email us at info@shanijacobi.com and we will take care of it.
Please be aware that discoloration, oxidation and tarnishing are natural things that happen to plated jewelry over time, but with proper care your pieces should last a long time. However, we stand behind our quality and believe that with proper care, your pieces should last.

Warranty Terms
1. Customer is responsible for shipping back the items to Shani Jacobi
2. Make sure the items are packed safely before sending them back. Shani Jacobi won't be responsible for lost or stolen stuff.
3. The customer must use a tracking shipping method when sending back the items. Packages without tracking won't be processed.

Please note that our warranty does not cover loss, breakage, scratches, or tears of your jewelry. It does not include a change in pearl color and does not entitle you to a replacement or refund for items lost or stolen.
