All orders are shipped from Tel Aviv.Currently, we ship to over 200 countries around the world!See if we ship to your country by scrolling down to the bottom of our homepage and clicking on the flag. We offer FREE international shipping via DHL Express (2–7 business days) for orders over a certain threshold, which is visible by country. Orders below this threshold can vary in shipping cost depending on where you live.

Orders ship Sunday through Thursday. With DHL Express, tracking info will be available 1–2 business days after ordering, and delivery will be in 2–7business days.

All international orders (any orders shipped outside Israel) will be checked out through Global-E, our international shipping partner, and are subject to customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes, which are calculated by Global-E, are included in the final price of your order before completing payment.

Some countries may require additional fees to deliver your order, which is out of our control. Depending on the shipping destination, you can choose to prepay these fees during checkout or upon delivery. Shani Jacobi cannot advise on when to pay customs duties and taxes.

All duties and taxes on international orders are nonrefundable. If you believe you received an incorrect duties invoice, please contact our Customer Love Team by live chat or send an email to info@shanijacobi.com. If possible, please include a copy of your invoice so we can assist you further.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date if the item is unworn and undamaged. All returned jewelry must include all original tags and packaging, as well as the condition in which it was received. Any jewelry not meeting these requirements will be charged a fee. All Sale items and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

MATERIALS & JEWELRY CARE

Shani Jacobi jewelry is made from high quality brass with either gold or silver plating. Additionally, we have a line of 925 sterling silver pieces. More information about the material of individual items can be found in the description.

In order to keep your items in the best condition over time, we recommend avoiding water including salt water, cleaning chemicals, perfumes etc.

We offer a 12-month warranty on the plating. The warranty starts on the date of purchase. If you need your jewelry repaired or plated, email us at info@shanijacobi.com and we'll take care of it. Please note that discoloration, oxidation, and tarnishing are all inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewelry that can occur over time. However, we stand behind our quality and believe that with proper care, your pieces should last.
